BROOMFIELD - The former Edge Athletic Club in Broomfield will be redeveloped into retail and office condominiums following its purchase for $2.7 million.

Centennial-based Grandvaux Development Group LLC purchased the property at 2095 W. 6th Ave. from Aurora-based LLCT Inc., according to Broomfield public records. 

Grandvaux is working with Infinity Real Estate Services to convert the former fitness club into a two-story building with 33 retail storefront and professional office condominiums.

The project, known as Troy Centre, will sell the units for about $125,000 to $350,000 each, allowing small businesses to own their place of business.
