BOUDLER - An office/industrial building occupied by Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. in Boulder has been sold to a California investment group.

Pacific Partners LLC purchased the 12,759-square-foot building at 1735 Range St. for $1,405,000. The Zelma Pellillo Revocable Trust sold the building.

Ball will continue its long-term lease in the building, said Gary Aboussie, who helped broker the deal with Wade Arnold, both at The Colorado Group.

Aboussie said Pacific Partners owns several other buildings in the Boulder area.
