Fitness classes move indoors for season
Boulder-based Fitness for Living will pay rent to Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance studio, 3022 Sterling Circle, to use its 2,500-square-foot space for boot-camp classes in the mornings, said David Clair, camp director and owner. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. Classes will move outdoors on March 20, Clair said.
"They don't use their space in the morning, so it's convenient," Clair said. "The large, airy facility at Frequent Flyers is ideally suited to our unique style of training, as our boot camps involve constant motion, running and drills."
Fitness for Living will offer free early-morning demonstration classes and an open house on Friday, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1, to show off the facility. Call 303-550-3491 to register.
Boot camp participants typically do circuit training, team competitions and games, potentially including mini-obstacle courses or circuit courses, Clair said. Boot camp participants number about 500 people annually, he said, and are served by six employees.
