Boulder-based Albeo Technologies Inc., which manufactures LED lighting for industrial and commercial buildings, has upgraded its H-Series high bay into the next generation HX-Series, which is certified to UL 8750 standards for all configurations and listed on DesignLights Consortium. The new HX fixture has more options and light per module, along with the same features of the H-Series, including modular construction, thermal protection, field changeable lens, optimized glare control and wireless control. The HX-Series is available in one- to six-light bar modules, representing a range from 6,000 through 75,000 lumens.
Longmont-based Dot Hill Systems Corp. (Nasdaq: HILL), a provider of SAN storage solutions, announced that its AssuredSAN 3000 Series storage arrays have been verified on Veeam Backup and Replication version 6.x. By passing Veeam's hardware testing, the arrays now are available for deployment with Veeam.
Boulder-based Body Bar Inc., a fitness company specializing in products and educational tools for fitness enthusiasts, has modified its AquaFLEX for use in water fitness classes. The lightweight, flexible and buoyant bar, which comes in three sizes, can be used in a low-impact workout program created by MaryAnn Briggs, a Boulder-based water fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Boulder-based Culinary Software Services Inc. has released an upgraded ChefTec 13x, which includes enhancements in the ability to track waste from all areas within a restaurant, food manufacturer, supermarket or other food-service operation. Version 13x also provides greater flexibility and customer customization in nutrition content; multiple serving sizes for recipes are available for nutritional analysis, and Nutrition Facts labels are customizable with logos, bar codes, prices and batch numbers.
Boulder-based Red Earth Software Inc., a developer of email management software, released Policy Patrol Signatures version 2 for hosted email systems that allows companies to centrally control email signatures in Google Apps and Office 365 web clients without requiring a client plugin.
Boulder-based Product Architects Inc. has released Ergo, the first of two new insulated bottle lines to be unveiled this year. A multi-use bottle designed with a half-twist cap, Ergo is designed to extend the Polar Bottle brand beyond the cycling and sports industry into the active lifestyle and outdoor markets.
A software kit and a mobile application you can use with a printer that works with an iPhone or an iPad is being developed at Brother Mobile Solutions Inc. in Broomfield. The new PocketJet 673 printer will be distributed by the Broomfield-based company, but it is made in Japan. Brother Mobile Solutions is a subsidiary of Brother International Corp. in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Boulder-based Zybek Advanced Products Inc. has developed the Dock+, a docking station for the iPhone 5. The Dock+ meets Apple's strict iPhone 5 docking station requirements. The Dock+ is expected to be available in March.
Longmont-based Rebit Inc. released an enhanced RebitPro hybrid backup software, which no backs up both clients and servers.
