Boulder approves incentives for Zia
Zia Consulting recently moved to a new 13,000-square-foot space at 5525 Central Ave., Suite 200, in Flatiron Park, according to the press release from the city announcing the incentives. The rebates are for sales and use taxes and permit fees relating to the office buildout.
“Zia is thrilled to receive this incentive from the city of Boulder,” Zia Consulting president Mike Mahon said in the release. "It’s always been our hope to grow the business while remaining in Boulder, and this rebate has helped make it possible for Zia to establish its new, worldwide headquarters here. With our marked success over the past few years, we have doubled our revenue and exponentially grown our employee base. It’s great to move to a location that will allow Zia to continue to grow.”
