BROOMFIELD - The Village Square apartment community in Broomfield has sold for $8.15 million, according to Broomfield property records.

The property is at 645 Alter St. According to Broomfield records, it includes a clubhouse and six residential buildings containing a total of 93 one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

The property record lists the sellers as Simpson Housing LLLP, Broomfield Square LP, Jonadab LLC and Colomba LLC. Simpson Housing is based in Denver and develops, builds and manages multifamily and commercial properties around the nation.

The new owner, Village Square of Broomfield LLC, is registered to a New York City address.

Representatives of the parties could not be reached Thursday morning.
