That news was beginning to be reflected in high-end home sales in the county in 2012.
"We've already had more high-end home sales so far this year than in the first six months last year, said David Scott of Colorado Landmark Realtors in Boulder. "Sales above $2 million may still be gloomier than the rest of the market, but it's certainly getting better."
