The en-suite master bathroom includes a radiant-heated floor, dual vanities, a large soaking tub and a steam shower with a frameless glass door. The large porcelain wall tile is accented by glass tile in white and grey tones. Dimmable, hidden LED lighting is located above the tub, under the floating vanity and in a recessed cove in the steam shower. Motion sensors provide on-demand hot water in all the bathrooms.

The large foyer has two closets and a built-in sitting bench. Sconces provide lighting for the stairwell and hidden fluorescent lights uplight the entry while a large Solatube skylight provides additional daylight. The living spaces feature Almada cork floors and an acoustical and thermal insulator.
