North Vista buys Boulder Family Medicine

Charles Tawa, the doctor at Boulder Family Medicine, will continue to see patients in his office at 1000 Alpine Ave. in Boulder. He is now part of the North Vista Medical Center team.
North Vista Medical Center's two offices are at 2017 100 Year Party Court, Unit 1, in Longmont, and 8308 Colorado Boulevard, Suite 200, in Firestone.
Doctors David Tusek and Clint Flanagan started North Vista Medical Center in 2009 in Firestone.
North Vista Medical Center accepts patients with traditional insurance plans, patients who pay for their own appointments, and Nextera Healthcare LLC members. Doctors Tusek and Flanagan also own Nextera Healthcare LLC. It is a membership-based primary care program that provides access to patient care for a monthly fee.
