Father-son law firm opens in Broomfield

Chris Leh is an employment lawyer who has represented local and national employers for more than 20 years. Jim Leh is a former Thirteenth Judicial District chief judge.
The law firm will represent employers in employment-related litigation, provide preventive workplace advice to employers and executives, represent businesses in commercial disputes and serve as neutrals in mediations and arbitrations.
Chris Leh has practiced with Holland & Hart and Littler Mendelson. He also served as a prosecutor. He advises executives in negotiating their employment, noncompete and separation agreements. He also is available to serve as an investigator in complex workplace disputes and as a mediator or arbitrator in employment law-related litigation.
Jim Leh focuses on conducting private mediations and arbitrations of business disputes. He draws upon skills and insights developed during a 27-year career as a Colorado trial judge. He presided over thousands of bench trials and hearings, hundreds of jury trials and numerous settlement conferences. He conducts arbitrations and mini-trials and provides early neutral evaluations of arguments, witnesses and cases.
