DellaCava had owned the former site of the Norbel Credit Union branch since purchasing it for $695,000 in 2004. He redeveloped the site a couple of years later, tearing down the former building and constructing the 5,230-square-foot office and retail building that is there now.
Harper couldn't be reached Monday. But DellaCava said Boulder Creek Implant and Oral Surgery has leased the second floor since July of 2011. DellaCava said he didn't have the building on the market, but that Harper had been looking to purchase his own place and made an offer.
"He kept talking to me about wanting to own it," DellaCava said. "It's not something we necessarily wanted to sell on the one hand. But it's a small building and fits his future really well, so I agreed to sell it to him. ... It just fit."
DellaCava said that as far as he knows Harper has no other plans than to continue leasing out the first floor. Martialworks LLC, a martial arts training gym, and Canyon Chiropractic Center both lease space there.
