Six area firms join Innosphere program

Innosphere, with offices in Fort Collins and Golden, helps scientific and tech startups raise capital, assemble management teams and connect with mentors and advisers to help accelerate their growth.
Three of the companies hail from Boulder: WeatherCloud Inc., Kindara Inc., and Victori LLC, which does business as Vairex Air Systems. The two Fort Collins companies are Prieto Battery Inc. and E-Gauge Inc. The sixth company, based in Nederland, is 30dB Inc.
"We are committed to attracting, incubating and graduating the most promising cleantech, bioscience and software companies that will grow the economy," Innosphere chief executive Mike Freeman said in a press release. "This group of new clients are high-potential startups, and we're excited to be working with all of their impressive and qualified management teams."
Prieto Battery is a Colorado State University spinoff whose mission is to commercialize a three-dimensional lithium-ion batter technology that is free of toxic materials.
E-Gauge is a provider of web-based applications designed to help businesses with planning, talent management and process efficiency.
30dB is an opinion search and publishing platform that aggregates public opinion from social media.
Kindara has created a web app that helps women and men manage their fertility to either help women get pregnant or avoid pregnancy.
WeatherCloud is a company that uses weather sensors on automobiles to produce accurate and precise road weather forecasts.
Vairex designs, manufactures and sells air compressors for the hydrogen fuel cell and diesel emissions control markets.
