Plant Gems signs up for advice from ICR

Plant Gems wants to provide home gardeners and houseplant owners with a clean, convenient, organic fertilizer product as an alternative to conventional, chemical fertilizers with better results.
Diana Mercer, the center's Natural and Organic Program manager, said, "Plant Gems has a unique, proprietary product that fills a special need for the natural and organic consumer. We're looking forward to assisting Plant Gems in bringing their organic plant fertilizer to market."
Plant Gems, headed by co-founder and chief executive Roland Evans, will be receiving advice from David Milliken; a startup consultant and author; Cole Hamilton, executive at Boulder Brands; Bill Capsalis, chairman at Naturally Boulder; and Brian Montgomery, sales director at Lake Valley Organic Seed, Brian Montgomery.
